sounds like reflux my twins had it real bad hold your baby in upright position for 15-30 min after eating you can google it its called reflux. make sure you dont lay baby down after eating that is important. my twins i had to hold them up for 30 min after they ate they had it so bad and with feedings every 2 and half hours i was tired....lol good luck sweetheart

what kind of bottle is she drinking from, because my son did the same thing till i switched his bottle to the playtex with the bag, then i would squeeze all the air out and it seemed to help alot.

What kind of formula are u giving her and are u heating it up? My son when he was a baby, he did not like his formula to warm. He just liked it when the coolness was taken off. He liked his formula luke warm.. And if that don't work , then maybe u should talk to ur dr. She could be lactose intolerance...

My son has this same problem. he is 6 months old now and i just thought it was normal but it seems to be getting worse. I have just put him on a thickened formula for reflux babies and it is helping heaps!! I am going to take him to the chiropractor next week too. I have heard from lots of people that they can help babies that spew a lot! Its got to do with a bone out in their neck or pelvis that connects to a nerve that goes to the stomach. It is very common to be put out during the labour. All the best xoxox

good start, alimentum, and nutramigen are gentler to the stomach. also try sitting her up for 30 mins or longer after feeding. How many ounces does she take and how often? Might be too much at once. sometimes smaller meals more often is better for some babies. I know thats not easy to hear when you are probably exhausted anyway, but the more she keeps down the longer she will stay satisfied. Good Luck

Brodey did that when he was first born for about 3 weeks. He would puke up everything he ate and was very fussy about it. He was on Similac Advance as well. We switched him to Similac Sensitive and it made a world of difference!

it sounds like reflux. but first try switching to the similac sensitive and if that doesn't help try thickening her bottles with rice cereal or simply thick. I had the same problem with my daughter. She is now four months. she was really small when she was born so we use rice to thicken her morning bottle and night bottle and simply thick during the day.

to thicken with rice it is suggested to do 2tsp per ounce of water in the bottle. we actually do 1.5tsp per ounce it's just what works for you really.

and the simply thick you can order online. we use the nectar thickness. you might also be able to get it at store near you check the simplythick website for stores near you.

con of rice: it can very quickly pack the pounds on

con of simply thick:it's not cheap

hope this helps. email me if you need anything else. littletink99@yahoo.com

P.S. it took several trips to the doctor before they finally decided it was reflux. i started thickening her bottles before the doctor told me to because my little sister was the same way so I knew what to look for. Just follow your gut

Similac Alimentum try that formula..My son was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks becuase he was puking his food back up..then it got so bad he was puking blood. he went through tons of test to find out all we had to do was change his formula. he is now a healthy 16 months old.

my baby spit up A LOT at first...I took him to the hospital to get checked!!lol, they changed his formula a couple of times, the Similac Sensitive RS seemed to help! But then we had to change it again bc it constipated him!!! NOW he's on Similac Alimentum! It never ends!

It may be reflux. You may need to take her to the doctor. They sometimes can give medication for it if it is bad enough. I hope this helps

What kind of formula is she having? Does she have alot of gas? If unsure and worried ask a chemist or a child health nurse... or look up the website of the formula.
