my 2 and half yr old has gone off food any suggestion how to get her to eat

Just offer her small amounts of food every couple of hours. Most children will eat dried fruit as it is sweet. If you can get her eating fruit then normally they get there appetite back. Try to tempt her for a couple of days or ask her what she would like to eat. My 2.5 year old puts her order in for dinner every day (luckily for me she loves meat and vegetables and rarely asks for chips)

let her pick things out of the fridge or cuboards. or even take her to the store with you & let her pick things out. i would give her healthy choices- like do you want apples or bananas? bologna or ham? (at the deli they usually will even give her a test slice."
