My daughter just threw up a lot not sure what from. I have her sitting in the shower and I have blankets and a heating pad near the rocker when she gets out. Anything else I should do ? Also what do I feed her in the morning? She's never gotten sick and I can't remember on what I needed when I was sick.

Find out if your city has a health line where u can call and talk to nurses. That way next time she is sick you can get immediate answers. Hope she is better now!

Hope everything is ok with you and your little one, check for fever and schedule an appt. with your pediatrician, my daughter gets UTI's easily and when she was 1 she had a constant fever and vomiting, turns out she just needed antibiotics. Now whenever a fever and/or vomiting persists I take her right in to her dr. and thats the first thing they check her for. Oh, and if you're not sure whether to run her in yet or not, as long as she's drinking and peeing, and eating small amounts she should be fine

Ok so she's been up for a couple hours now and already threw up. Should I just feed her dry toast all day an juice and water ?

Keep the fluids up and make sure she doesn't have a temp. It's always best to give plain foods like dry toast for an upset stomache. Try and stay away from milk as well.
