My 4 Year Old Hardly Eats!

My 4 year old daughter has always been a picky eater, and never has really eaten a whole lot. I feel like over the past 4 months, she's added a lot more foods to her dislike list, and refuses to eat any dinner that is put in front of her. I mean, she literally won't eat a bite of food after 3pm sometimes (snack time).
Today she ate more than usual, because we set up a "reward chart" for eating meals (this seems ridiculous, but I've tried EVERYTHING). She ate one egg and half a banana for breakfast, an eighth of a peanut butter sandwich (she won't eat jelly) and one slice of cucumber for lunch, and a bit of cheese for a snack. She again refused to eat dinner.
She doesn't eat any meat unless it's hot dogs or salami, (this is her choice, meat literally makes her gag to tears) and really only likes fruit, green beans that are frozen, cucumbers, lettuce, pasta without anything on it, cheese, peanut butter, bread, crackers, and anything sugary.
This food list doesn't seem awful, but when she only eats the equivalent of half a meal on most days, I worry a bit.
Does anyone have any suggestions, similar experiences, advice? I know a lot of people say they eat what they need, but a lot of days she hardly eats, and on a good day maybe eats the equivalent of one meal.

Okay this is crazy I totally had this same problem and I was so worried about my child! I found this company called It Works They have this product called Greens! I love it because it provides your child with 8+ servings of fruits and veggies combined with 38 herbs that is organic and GMO free! I started serving it to my son by buying some Fruit juice that was really cheap (high in sugar) and not the best for him but had lots of flavour and it looked fun (like most high in sugar drinks lol!) I added the Greens and I totally noticed a change in his overall well being that is why I love this company and this product! :) I really think that if they are picky it is part of who they are hopefully as they grow this will change but I definitely recommend GREENS to help you get peace of mind about the health! :) canadamyitworks@gmail.com http://crazywrapcanada.myitworks.com

Hi, u are not alone.....my son just turned 6 and he is a very picky eater also......he has an egg and peanut allergy....so that just makes it worse....he eats ham, cheese, and crackers, out of the lunchable, Mac and cheese, cereal, fries, purple grapes, bananas, junk food, I try to get him to eat chicken nuggets, but the most he eats is 2 pieces. I worry about if he's getting enough nutrients. He used to gag when we tried New foods. I cut baked chicken into very very fine pieces and mix it with his Mac and cheese....I plan to buy a juicer asap so he can start drinking his fruits and veggies....also try making smoothies.....he likes yogurt also......good luck!!!!
