is it oozing or just red just wondering because my son had a yeast infection his oozed clear sometimes green junk. when he had his bath at night i put powder under the crease of his neck plain cornstarch kind it seemed to help but i didn't use it on his face just under his neck.i would sprinke it in my hand first.

Keep his chin and neck clean and coated with a fresh layer of A&D ointment everyday. It WILL work!!

I actually use some great products that I get online and they are awesome with skin irritations, etc... My son has had eczema since he was a tiny baby and I tried everything from Burts Bees, Aveeno, J&J Naturals, and even steroid creme and nothing helped. This was my last resort and his eczema has drastically improved! I didn't know what else to do if this didn't help. Message me if you would like to know more!

Lansinoh lanolin is a miracle worker. Just be sure to rub the cream between your fingers so it spreads on him without hurting

I would check with your doctor because it could be eczema. My son had the same issue on his chin and chest and neck and it turned out to be eczema, triggered by being so wet. In the mean time, dry his face and neck and coat it with Vaseline. That will protect it from the moistness.
