The other day she had one of her friends over for a play date, she told me they pull down their panties just to check if they look the same...is this normal at this age??? or should be more careful. I told her that nobody was to touch her and that her genitals were very private, of course I try no to be to alarm about this when I talked to her. Please help, should I talk to the the other girl's mom?? I think I should, I would like to know if it was the other way around. Need advice, thanks

oh yes... The first time my daughter 'discovered' her self I was shocked. I thought only boys did it but it is common for girls to do it as well. They dont know that is is wrong or rude to do things like this, they are just curious at this age. All you can keep doing is explaining, as best you can, that she should do it.
