Have you tried some quiet time in her room? Even if she is not quite, If you put her in her room, and talk to her like a person, just explain what she did wrong and stress that is the reason for quite time. Children respond so well sometimes if you just calm down and talk to them like a person instead of yelling or being upset. I've found talking to my daughter calmly is and always has been the best way to get her to behave the way I expect her too. I started seeing her father when she was 6 years old, and have been though some rough tantrums with her dad always making me be the "bad guy" when she is naughty. Now with her being 9, I don't talk down to her, I talk to her like she is an adult and make sure that she knows what my expectations are for her behavior. Well hope that helps, Good luck!
