Fage yogurt it has live cultures that are really healthy its plain so you can also add fruit to it. homeade mash poto. Frozen beans. You could cook wheat pasta in chicken broth. Cooked apples. I would stick with juice with no sugar added and mix with water. Its less harmful for the teeth. Sweet poto. You can cook plain pasta and add a lil cheese. Basicly and freh veg. you could steam of boil is healthy and makes good finger foods

My daughter is 15 months old and the only snacks she gets are fruit, cheese and wheat free low gi crackers. She also eats yogurt and toddler porridge. She also still gets two breast feeds. She gets special junior juice that doesn't need to be diluted but i still do. She just doesn't get anything she doesn't need. So no sweets, chips or other bad food.

Lourdelyn, I have found that my son really likes the frozen fruits and veggies better than baby food. He eats those most of the time and really enjoys milk with his meals.
