My youngest son doesn't talk much now,he doesn't even talk to his teachers at school.
He'll talk to.hell talk to his friends, and.me and his dad and brother and my parents.
But,if anyone else is around he huts up.
I'm sure it's just a faze they are both going through.

It's not that uncommon. My son didn't speak much until he was about 3. A few words here and there was about all I got from him for the longest time, we were actually thinking seriously about speech therapy or something (even though we were told it was normal, I didn't want my boy to fall too far behind).
Then one day my little boy opened his mouth...and hasn't closed it since XD He's almost 4 now and talking clearly, using full sentences, etc.
What I would personally suggest is to encourage talking. Make her say words when she asks for things. Like if she wants a drink, make her attempt to say *drink* or *cup* or *water* or *milk*. If she wants a toy, make her say *toy* or *stuffie* or *cat* or *dog* or *train* or *blocks* or whatever it is. Other than that, just talk to her all the time. Talk about what you're doing, what you see, etc. Whenever she makes an attempt, even if it's not right or very clear, praise her and encourage her to say it again.

She'll find her voice :) It's quite probable that she's just focusing on other skills right now. Talking will come in its own time :) I think as long as she has some words and is showing that she can learn new words, that there's nothing to worry about :)
