My niece may have a disorder.

My two year old niece has started hiding candy chocolate and kool aid. She has so much hidden that her poop has been neon green for a week. Since she was born I have always thought something was off. I was wondering if any parents on here have children with chromosome 22 disorders or a form of down syndrome. She can not put words together. She says very simple words and the rest is her own language, which she gets very upset when you don't understand her. My brother and sister-in-law are refusing to get her tested and have said if one more person says she has a problem they will punch them out. By not taking her in to make sure I know they are hurting her as we can not gear anything to words her. She is smart. She matches colors, counts to four, but words just don't come out. At first I thought is was autism but she is very social. Her tongue seems to big for her mouth and she is very physical special with my son. She knocks him over, hits, yells, and jumps on him when she doesn't get what she wants. She also bites, screams at the top of her lungs, she doesn't have a hearing problem. When I look at her I just know that something isn't right. She walks around with her tongue between her teeth, and if you turn your back she strips off her clothing and fights you when you put them back on. I have talked to them but they don't want to hear it, so I am at a loss. If anyone could give me insight to these things, down syndrome, chromosome 22 it will help me look at this differently. Thank you so much in advance!

How exactly is she GETTING this candy chocolate and kool aid? After all, she's TWO. She shouldn't even be getting it. What is wrong with her parents?
