See his pediatrician first then If the dr says he's on a consistent growth curve then relax. My son has always been light now at 4 years he weighs 30 lbs. his weight and height change relatively so it's ok. He has drank pediasure as a regular part of his diet since he was 18 months, he's just thin.

call or go in to see your pediatrician they'll give you great advice. My DD is 20 months old (26lbs and 33") and still has days or even weeks where she refuses to eat solids, but she'll eat puree's or have milk. If he doesn't want solids, i'd say just try to puree it, see if he'll take it, if not make him a shake with fresh fruit and veggies with milk. My daughter loves those. Or even get him pediasure as another option as they are full of protein and nutrients he might lose if all he drinks is milk.

Do not panic. Consult your pediatrician . My daughter used to have milk only till the age of 25 months. She refused any solid. She is 3 years now and have normal food just like any of us now . But, she is still a picky eater.. She loved her milk diet. Weight was a concern . I used to make milk shakes with fresh banana, honey and chocolate/vanilla ice cream at home and give her. Other activities were more attractive to her than sitting and eating. She was given a prescribed medicine to help with her appetite.

I personally would take him to the pediatrician as soon as I could, at least give them a call and see what they have to say.
