How do I get my 4 year to nap? Over the past6 months she refuses to nap & I have a feeling that is the reason for her increased crabbiness & tantrums. She does sleep sounly from about 7pm-6 or 7am though.

Totally normal. Her body is still adjusting to the lack of a nap. Make sure she gets some "quiet time" in the afternoons in place of her nap. However, her tantrums could also be that she is almost ready for pre-school/school. I found my kids became like this because they were a bit bored and needed the extra stimulation. It stopped when they started pre-school.

My kids stopped their daytime naps around 3 so it's normal. You don't want them still napping when they go to school.
There is no need to go to the doctor, it's normal.
