I need help! Naps have become so exhausting! My 9 month old used to go down for naps fairly easily but she's just gotten worse and worse and now we've established the bad habit of bouncing her to sleep because she cries until I do. I was wondering what some of you did to nap train your babies? I'm thinking she only needs 2 naps but when she does nap she'll sleep for maybe 30 min at a time and wakes up grumpy and clingy. Any suggestions? I willing to try any method at this point

Does she have teeth coming in? I have a 9month old too. Right now I'm so exhausted bc she is cutting her top teeth. She started waking up a couple times a night AND during her nap. She just takes 1-2hour nap and goes down @ night at 9-7. Everytime I have to rock her back an give her Tylenol. This is just a phase bc she used to sleep so well. That's all that works for me . Not too helpful. So, check her teeth. It's very painful for them. Nothing besides Tylenol and teething tablets. The numbing gel works momentarily but wears off . Hope this helps, hang in there . I know I am.
