I'm a newly single mom and my little girl used to be such a great sleeper from 4 to 8 months slept through the night (minus the few times she would fuss and have topic the soother back in ) but now she just turned 8 months old yesterday and for the last 2 weeks I've been dealing with her waking up in the middle of the night. I'm tired exhausted frustrated at my wits end !
If the stress of the break up wasn't bad and then her teething ! I literally feeling like a crazy person ! I need sleep so desperately .

I've tired giving her a feeding of rice cereal and then a bottle before bed thinking that'll knock her out but no sadly mistaken ! I've tried co-sleeping . I've tried feeding her when she wakes .
I just don't know what to do! I love her so much and we both have had lots if chNges with having to move from the breakup with her father. Not to mention he is barely in her life now his choice. So I'm doing this solo! First time mom.
I'm at my wits end! I feel like such a bad mom cus there have been times where I get angry not at her but the situation . There's times where I cry just as loud as her .
Has anyone else has problems like this ! And maybe some kind of solutions
Help help help

Awww, you can do it - just hang in there!! Is there anyone (friend or family) who can come & give you a bit of a break during the day? Just having a little time to yourself can help take some of the stress away, which would maybe give you a bit more energy for the sleepless nights. If she is teething, I would try giving her some tylenol before putting her to bed. It may help her sleep. It could also be the different surroundings that she's sensitive to & she'll gradually adjust.
