my daughter is a pain with potty training, i used a timer to set off every hour, then it was potty time, now when it goes off she drags me to the bathroom and tells me its her potty time. it took a while but with different treats like helping feed the fish,, she likes doing that, it kicked in.. now shes using the toilet when she needs it,, nearly every time

Don't try to rush it. Also, try a movie called "potty power" I honestly don't know where you can get it, because my copy was given to me by a family member. That movie works wonders. It worked on my 4-year-old nephew who just refused to go. My son was 3 and after watching it 3 x in a row he asked to use the potty and that was it, he was trained. I don't think it will work that well for everyone, but it really does get them interested.

try taking the pressure off. It sounds like you have done a lot to let them know what you want from them but toilet training is one area where they have the control and maybe they don't want to give that up. Instead of focusing on potty training try to find another area that they can be in control (cleaning their room, a pet to care a fish, ect).
