Ok. Maybe I'm just scared for no reason but here goes...

I'm currently about 8 weeks pregnant and all my nausea has stopped and I feel great. With my first child it took until week 14. I don't know whether to feel happy or call the doctor.

Maybe your body is just getting used to the inflation of hormones in your system faster. Or maybe the baby's sex is different. If you're truly concerned talk to your doctor, but morning sickness alone is not an indication of a healthy pregnancy. Too many people never experience it, lucky ladies! I say be happy. You should be having another OB appointment soon if you are at eight weeks. Good luck mama!

congratulations on your pregnancy! every pregnancy is different and maybe you've learned to eat better the 2nd time around. i personally hate the first tri-mester, you don't look pregnant and none of those good reassuring tests on the baby have started yet. call your doctor and see if you can get a quick heartbeak checkup.

i gained 40 pounds w/our first and 15 pounds w/our second. let your doctor know what you need, they're supposed to be there for reassurance as well as medical care.

Every pregnancy is different, enjoy the lack of nausea but get a check up just to ease your concerns, My first I was sick for a while then not again till the 8th month, my second I was dreadfully ill all the way through and my last hardly anything till about 6 months so every person and pregnancy changes, but for your own peace of mind go see your GP.

with my first child I was nauseous for the entire 9 months & with my second I had no sickness at all.Every pregnancy is different. But to be safe you should ask your doctor.

I think once you've gone through it once, it's easy to get nervous when things that you expect aren't exactly the same. Every pregnancy is different. I wouldn't worry but if it'll put your mind at ease, bring it up at your next appointment - doesn't hurt to ask :)
