New at all of this

So I've never posted to one of these before, so here it goes. I'm 23, and mother of an almost 6 month old baby girl. I'm a stay at home mom, which is something that is completely new to me and I'm feeling very down and having an extremely hard time. I moved to Co for my SO once I found out I was pregnant. I have no friends, no family, and my SO works 6 days a week so it's just me and the little one. How do you get over the loneliness feeling? I've never had to deal with this before and I don't know what to do. There's some days when I don't even feel like getting out off bed, but I do bc I love ,t daughter more than anything. I guess I'm trying to reach out to find some mom friends and hopefully a local mom group that meets up

Find some Mother's groups in your area. is a good site to find local groups that suit your interests.

you need to remember what it is that you like to do....what things make you happy. read, walk, a long bath, doesnt matter what it is the point is you have to make time to do those things. physical exercise will help. your little girl is still small enough that she will learn to enjoy whatever it is that you choose. Good luck and God Bless
