New Stay at Home Mom Needs Work From Home Options

Sarah - posted on 11/05/2008 ( 5 moms have responded )

I recently lost my full time job and have been a stay at home mom for 3 weeks now... I absolutely love being with my son all day watching him learn to walk and being there to make sure he eats healthy and grows up strong. But I am having a hard time coping with not helping my husband support the household financially, especially since my salary was much stronger. We have made adjustments to be able to cope with the changes but if there was something I could do to work from home to help our situation I would be so thankful for any thoughts or ideas.

I went through the same thing. I now work at home for a company called Sunrider. It is an all natural line of health products. I have had wonderful success and I am able to do it all around my children. My family is much healthier also. If you want some more info or suggestions let me know! Best of luck to you.

I wish I knew what to tell you! I'm looking for the same thing, in the same situation (except my DH's salary is the stronger) but it's so hard to know the legit jobs from the scams...

if you ever need a laugh about transitioning from WM to SAHM, do a google search for Mommy Wore Combat Boots. And welcome to COM!
