Hello Courtney,
I am a full time stay at home mom and homeschool my 5 year old daughter Eleanor. It can be challenging, especially when you're pregnant and can't do much, but here are some of my suggestions of what to do to keep busy:
-Read: Books can take you to far away lands. Immerse yourself in a good read and travel to faraway lands in your mind.
-Relax: Enjoy relaxing time now, because when your baby is born you won't have much! Take a long bath, have a spa day, sleep in,
-Go out: Don't spend your whole day inside, go out for a peaceful walk, go to the park, meet up with some friends, go out for some coffee
-Hobbies: Enjoy doing your hobbies! If you can't, doing things like art and cooking are great pastimes, and you can even solve a puzzle or learn riddles to challenge your mind!

These are just some of my suggestions from experience!
