If he isn't going to push to see his daughter by going to court then you need to accept his decision.
I personally wouldn't be with someone who didn't fight for his child. He could have done so much more to be in his daughter's life. It doesn't matter that the child wasn't planned, he didn't prevent the pregnancy enough if he was that against having children.
You need to get over being bothered that your child isn't his first. That's just very immature and if you feel strongly about it then you shouldn't be involved with someone who has a child.
