So I went to see my doctor after I had a baby 6 weeks later postpartum and I asked the nutritionist at the doc's office I hope I go back down to my size before I had my little one. Thenthe nutritionist stated " well the body knows and can go back down to your size and usually knows where it was at, and give it some time with eating right and daily exercise of 30minutes a day at least. by taking it easy!"
I asked her dang! I wish my body knew what it was in high school !! Lol

had to share....

It is hard, still trying to get it off and my oldest will be 4 in March. It gets harder as you get older too. My doc said that since I'm approaching 40 (turned 39 on the 11th) it will continue to be difficult, but it can be done :)
