I love Circle of Moms. I enjoying reading what other moms are going thru and how they deal. I feel I have a lot to offer sometimes, but the hardest thing for me to get over,(why i dont comment back or put my 2 cents in.) is the idea of being misinterpreted as boasting. I love my life and am excited and proud of the things i've been thru, but frankly I dont think many care to hear it anyway. Its easier to get on here and vent then it is to feedback. Am I the only one? ....or Am I am just being silly?

This is a support group for all types of things, and what you have to offer may be what someone else REALLY needs. So don't feel that you would be mis interpreted or that ppl would take it as boasting. just get on and do yer thing. Ask and tell! This is ''The circle of life" Join in!! p.s. but i know what you mean about not feeling very interesting to the world (especially friends). I think we all experience this from time to time. But i do believe Everything happens for a reason. Cute girls!!!!! good luck hun!

I'm definitely more into giving feedback about my experiences or opinions on the subjects I come across that I am also going through, or have gone through. It's very nice to see that the things happening in my home are happening elsewhere too... we're definitely not alone... kids don't come with manuals...tho I wish they did! :) I haven't come across anything negative, nor have I gotten any negative (all positive) feedback on anything I've ever said. I think it just depends on how you say it.... I make sure to always put "in my opinion" or "this is what I do" so that I'm not being judgemental to anyone else's post even if I disagree. all of our feelings and opinions are valid and should be validated. I'm glad I found this site! :)

I like hearing other mother's opinion on things. I get a sense of relief that I'm not the only one having problems. Like Caitlin I haven't recieved any negative feedback on here.

Thinking too much. Not being silly, no one wants to feel like they are making a fool of themselves. Yes, some want to vent, but are seeking validaton for their feelings. Many new mom's need to hear positive things about being a parent, so post. It will help them when things are hard. Maybe you will have passed along something that works with their child when all of the advice or suggestions from family and friends has failed. Moms need to be supportive of other moms, what we do is hard.

I think you are thinking too much about it. This is a place where mothers can vent, share stories, and encourage others. Some women might want to hear from those who have positive stories so they know their life can get better if it isnt at its best. I try to give feedback to those who are going throug similar situations as myself. I have no received any negative feedback. I dont think anyone really has on here..or atleast not that I've seen.

i think it depends on my present mood..if im really engaged on giving heplful tips then i'll share my opinion but if im in a bad, stressful mood,it relaxes me to read other mom's opinions.

I love Circle of Moms, it gives us a great outlet to vent and to share stories. I love to read what other moms have to say, I love to read their stories from their lives and hopefully make a connection and relate to it, and if not, then have a new outlook on the way i was thinking. PLEASE feel free to vent, rant, tell us what happened today! your not boasting, your proud of you and your life, and I'm sure we are all happy for you!
