Old Food?

I need some serious advice. My daughter is almost two. At meal times if she does not like a food she will store it in her mouth. I have her spit it out after thirty minutes or an hour. She chews her food, but she refuses to swallow it. Please help me!

ahahaha, I used to do daycare and I had a child who would store his green beans in his mouth. We always had naptime after lunch and he would wake up with it still in his mouth. I told him if he didn't like beans he didn't have to eat them, turns out he just likes them and sucks on them! I wouldn't be concerned about your daughter, it sounds pretty normal to me.
If you know she doesn't like the food, have her just try a taste and let her know if it's yucky she can spit it out. That way she gets exposed to new flavors and textures but hopefully you won't have to deal with the food storing thing! Good luck!
