my son is an uber picky eater and he's 3 now..always has been and i'm sure always will be..and he refuses to even go near most food..he always eats chicken nuggets though..and my daughter loves them too (she's 1) and mac and cheese usually works..and french fries..and pb&j is usually a winner with the picky ones..if you think he's not getting his nutrients try giving him pediasure or the boost drink stuff for kids..we do that with our son to supplement for the unbalanced diet

Have you tried seeking it in his food. Try this web sit or book she teaches you all sorts of new ways to get kids to eat what they don't want.

Try and get him involved in the kitchen and cooking the things he does not like then spice it to his taste buds. That all ways helped with my girls I ask them if it needed anything then she would tell me what to put in. I know he is young. The younger the better. I all way incur age her to try it first and if she does not like it I allowed her to spit it out and praise her for trying something new. It is a long proses but it works.

ohhhh yes my son used to do this alllll the time except for him it started at 8 months old an lasted till about 21 months an he still is very picky but he now eats 9 different meal, the only thing you can do is keep trying an when you find something he like stick with it like for my son he only ate chicken nuggets an hot dogs for 8 months that was it he would maybe try a bite of something but then spit it right back out but thats the only meat he would eat but what i did was gave him pedeasure one every morning an atleast 8oz of v8 juice everyday so he could atleast be as healthy as he could be only eat 2 things an finally about a months ago he kinda changed with what he eats its still not tons but it way better then what it was a month age good luck an keep trying

my son when he was about 7 months started eating only yoghurt he would spit everything else out or not even try it.....i kept on giving it to him because he had to eat something but i also would dish up something else every meal just in case he wanted to try it, when he got to age 1 like your son he completley changed and started grabbing my food off me, i think it started with spaghetti bol after this i just kept serving him whtever i was eating but on his own plate and he eventually ate lots more differenet foods, i think they go through stages of different tastes, best advice i can give is just keep offering whatever you have including alot of easy finger foods and he will eat it when he's hungry enough and has aquired the taste dont worry about what he wont eat because he may just want something new.....good luck
