I agree with not allowing snacks in your routine until your child has started eating again. I have worked in many daycared and have come acoss picky eaters numerous times. In saying that I have come across many that make themselves sick just because they think they don't like the food or becuase they just don't want to eat when you have made. My daughter went through a picky time in her eating and I used to make her a smoothie for breakfast, yogurt with vegetables and fruit, sometimes I would add bran or flax...mainly because she had an issue with BM from not eating properly. I hope this helps.

Last night I watched Jo Frost super nanny and she says to only give the picky eater 3 square meals a day no snacks inbetween and to eat at the table. I have a 3.5yr old boy who is the worst picky eater ever and I will starting her method today! lol I have been guilty of giving snacks between meals and if he doesn't eat dinner we usually give a milkshake, which needs to stop. Good luck !

If he likes pasta or speghetti have your tried making your own meat sauce and adding sreaded carrot and zuccini to the sauce, or if he will eat those side packets of pasta ( sour cream and chive) add some frozen mixed veg to them as well as roast chicken diced up really fine so that way he wont see so much of it. If you can make some muffins that have veggies in them, they think it is a treat not veggies ravoli is another good one, fresh stuff from shop. Its always hard when they dont eat, my daughter is very hard to feed as she isnt so much picky as just a very tiny eater so she only has a choice of fruit, veg dairy meat and grains. She loves her fruit and there have been times when she had blueberries for dinner!!!

It's pretty much everything that we have like chicken all meat and vegetables he always asks for spaghetti pasta or noodles so he's not getting any vegetables or meat at all
I gave him roast chicken tonight and I fed him a piece he made himself sick I don't of it's he really dsnt like it or he's doing it on purpose he used to really love it he's was gagging the whole time he had about 3 mouths fills all up which is better than normal I felt really bad do u think he would be doing it on purpose so he dsnt have to eat it?

One thing you have to remember and I know it is hard, is that kids WILL NOT starve themselves. My daughter went througha picky eating time and it was hard to not give in to her but eventually it worked...if you are really worried about him not getting enough food then every couple night make something you know he will eat. Is there anything in perticular he doesnt like or just everything...sometimes you have to be stong as well as give in. Make him think he is doing as you want but providing him with food that he will eat. Also make those food fun. If I had ideas of what he wont eat I may be able to provide some ideas on how to make the food fun.
