Staying at home is great, but I worry that my kids wont get the socail interation that they need. How much play time with other kids should they get? How do I find people with kids that are the same age as mine that my kids can play with?

hi, my husband is in the defence force and we move around alot, so we alot of the time dont realy know anyone. so getting to the point where you can organise 'play dates' is hard.

I found for the kids social activities and my own sainity, the local community center realy helpful since they run activities where you can do things while kids play, as well as play group.

i also found doing activities like swimming classes or kindy gym good too as they are generally cheeper than preschool or day care.

Hi Tammy, I think the same, I have a toddler who is 2 year and a half, not budget yet to put her on preschool and I live in dallas, more on the north side , so if you have a girl also, and leave nearby, maybe we can have some play dates, she have a couple of friends she visits once in a while but they are not very frequent.
