You can make almost anything that you would with wheat flour with Rice flour. I had to do this 17 years ago when my grandmother was diagnosed with Celiac before anyone knew what Gluten was. They also have cake and cookie mixes available to make that are gluten free. Rice Chex, Rice Crispies, helman's mayonaise not Kraft dressing. Marshmallows are fine so you can make rice crispy treats, easy, make your own gravy or soups with corn starch to thicken instead of flour.
