I don't think it's too early. I have a daughter who is 1 year and 1 month and we have been starting to use the potty for about 2 months now. I can't say that she is actually potty trained or that I'm even close, but I feel like it's never to early to start moving in the right direction. We started by sitting her on her potty chair while I would run her bath and she would almost always go pee pee on the potty and we make a big hand clapping and praise commotion for her and she loves it. We recently changed to pull ups and every time I change her, We walk to the bath room, pull down the pull ups and sit on the potty chair. Sometime she goes, sometimes not. She doesn't know how to talk yet and I haven't tried to train her how to tell us when she needs to go. But she gets the idea and likes to pee pee on the potty. If anything be goes to the bathroom, she likes to go and sit on her potty too. So although she might be too young to do it all on her own, Like pull her pants on and off or tell us if she needs to go, once she overcomes those developmental miles stones, she will already have the right idea about how to use the potty. I'm a first time mom just trying to figure it all out myself, so I am open to advice on how to further advance what I've got going on so far..

yes I do. How are you planning on doing it? I am a professional nanny, mother, grandmother and PD Parenting Educator. I would love to help.
