my son just turned 2, he tells you when he poops and sometimes when hes wet, when he wants to be changed he brings you a diaper, wipes and powder n then proceed to lay down. i introduced an Elmo potty seat for the toilet and he has no interest in it. should i start buying diapers that dont absorb alot? or introduce pull ups? he doesn't seem to care to be changed sometimes so i dont know what to do

Well, like they always say, boys will be boys. I think most peoplse start potty training around 2 1/2 or 3 years old. The later, the better. My mom suggested to my sister to make it a game with my niece. She still hasn't gotten it down packed yet. You could show him to pull his diaper down when he has to poop then setting him on the potty.
