Potty training a 2 year old

My daughter just turned 2 in February but has been going to the potty since before, but she only goes when she is bathing. She gets out of the bath when she feels she is about to pee or poo poo and does it on her training potty. She also goes every now and then when I also go and do the same. She still wears a diaper though. I guess my real question is,

"how do I take the diaper away for sure"? She only likes drinking water she drinks nothing flavored which is a good thing but not so much because she likes drinking it a lot specially before bedtime and during. HELP!!!!

I think you should let her go potty when she wants to as it's on her own accord. Also I think before you take the nappy away, deal with the drinking at bed time and through the night, maybe upstage drinking cups, from bottle to beaker first then to beaker with straw then to a cup... then you will see a difference through the night and also how wet the nappies are in the morning, it is a gradual process, and hard work. Maybe use a reward chart also.
