Potty training my 18 mth old daughter??

My daughter is 18 mths old and I am going to start potty training her this week. She is already in a toddler bed and has been since she was about 14/15 months. Her pediatrician and many of my friends have said to go ahead and start the potty training process. How should I go about this? This is my first child (I'm due with baby # 2 in August) so idealy we would like to have her fully trained by the time the new baby comes. Any ideas to help me would be great! All advice is much much appreciated!

They say that children generally dont have bladder control until 22months.
You could start introducing the potty ie; sitting her on it every now and again, getting her use to it.

But due to her age i wouldnt be pushing it. She is still young.
