Im trying to train my son..... He is 3yrs old .Im not pushing but he doesnt want nothing to do with it ...

well when he is ready he will do it. with my oldest i made a game of it. now i know your going to laugh when i tell you this cause everyone does lol.

i put a couple cheerios in the potty or the toilet. if you use the potty make sure you put some water in so they flaot. then i would get him to try and sink the cheerios and see how many he could sink. lol i know it sounds crazy but it worked really well and it got him wanting to do it cause he wated to play sink the cheerio

Your're right you can't push them. But some incentives are letting them pick out their own potty, I used stickers with one child, my last kid I used smarties (I know you are not suppose to use food, but it worked).

With my daughter we made it a big deal. i let her pick out her potty and would reward her when she showed interest in the potty. when she actually started using the potty we would all clap and tell her how she was becoming a big girl. she loved the attention. and it worked well with her.
