My advise is to not pressure your child into doing something, especially potty training. Rather encourange your child, and tell them what a big girl or boy they are & tell them that you are SO proud of them & completely praize them. It worked for me. I have 2 1/2 old twins girls and a 7 month old baby girl- one of the twins was potty trained at 2 years, the other twin was just recently, at 2 1/2, and she just decided one day that she was going to wear "big girl" panties, and use the potty. You just need to have a lot of patience, yet be persistant, but most importantly encouraging!! If all else fails, use rewards!! My girls like bandaids, stickers, and of course lollypops!

i'm sorry honey. i have all boys, but my oldest wasn't trained til he was 4 and that was during the day..it wasn't until he was 6 that he was night trained too. some kids take forever. (my 3 yr old has NO interest in it yet and i'm not pushing him)

I'm sorry - my daughter is 3.5 and regressing. it is tough! she knows how to do it but won't. some kids are just strong willed i think.
