So I wet to put on a skirt this morning and found that it would not fit!
It took me all day for it to sink in that I have put on weight.
Now I am freaking out because I have never put on enough weight fro me to notice.
I am getting married in a few months and I already have my dress, so I cant get it re sized.
Does anyone know a good exersise routine that I can get into so I can lose these few inches I have gained? I have never done a diet or exersise routine before so I have no idea where to start

there are websites on the internet that will help you track what you eat and how much you should eat to loose the amount of weight you want in the time you need. last year i did that and lost 25 pounds. i ate 1900 calories a day, and exercised. it was really easy.

Sugar is the main thing that causes you to gain weight around your midsection. I dropped 20 pounds in about a month and 1/2 by cutting out soda and sweets.

Stick to fresh fruit, veg and lean meat. Water, juice and skimmed milk to drink. Excercise wise: swimming and skipping are good, walk everywhere, weight training (use tinned food if you don't have weights), hula hooping.... even putting some music on and dancing like a loon :) anything that gets your heart rate up. Good luck

I guess it depends on how much you gained, but I have lost weight before and had to remove most processed foods out of my diet. I only ate fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. Also, no white breads. If you stick to it and walk/jog where you sweat, you will naturally lose weight.

If you can go for a walk, even a slow one, once a day, that will help a lot. Try to cut out junk snacks and increase your water and good food intake (you need to eat a lot of good foods to loose weight, not skip meals, hooray!)
Try to do some weight training at home (it will burn more calories and shape your arms and legs)- squats, lunges, and hip raises are great for your thighs and butt, and pushups are the ultimate arm and torso toning exercise. You can start on your knees and work up to your toes, and even doing just a set of five or ten every once in a while throughout the day will give you results. Good luck!
