Onion for flavour

3 cans of coconut milk

1 jar of green curry paste (it way more mild and easier for kidlets to eat)

Chicken stock

cook the meat till almost completely cooked

add stock and onions

add potatoes once onions are clear

throw in the coconut milk and paste to taste

add some rice and enjoy!

i love the roast stew idea we use it often we also do tator-tot-hot dish sound horrible but tastes great hamburger cream of mushroom soup a bag of tator tots and i like to put sharp cheddar on top then bake.My hubby and i put hot sauce on our own serving, love it! We also have penna pasta and if i have leftover chicken breast i throw that in sometimes i use alfrado but usally i freeze left over spagetti sauce throw that in and sprinkle some parm. on top and bake! with having 4 kids when i make sauce or gravy or well just about anything i double the recipes and freeze half! So on busy nights or when you just dont feel up to cooking you pop it in the microwave! I do this with soups stews and chowdars as well.....chicken corn chowdar cut up 4 chicken breasts 2 can cream corn 1 can evaporaded milk 1/2 cup chicken broth simmer
