Mine did the same on Nan(every single time!) until I changed it to Aptamil. With Aptamil he still vomited the first bottle in the morning. The Paed diagnosed him with reflux and gave him Gaviscon and a dose of Mylanta. It helped but didn't solve the problem. After 2 months I started giving him KAricare AR (anti-reflux) formula and I promise, his once a day projectile vomit episode turned into one episode every 2-3 days, it was miraculous! Good luck!

I had a similar issue and changed our baby's formula several times .enfamil in my opinion is probably the best formula out there .your baby is a newborn and his body is learning how to process his food .i would try to maybe delute your formula by an ouce first it might help and as he get bigger and moves around more the spit up will just stop on its own. Good luck
