Sleep arrangements with a newborn - my husband is a light sleeper, and NEEDs 8 hrs

I am due in 3 months, and I am setting up a nursery. I am highly considering putting a twin sized bed for myself in the nursery. This should enable me to nurse quietly and avoid waking my husband.
My husband is an extremely light sleeper, and honestly, his mental health goes to crap when he doesn't get a good quality sleep. Anyone else out there try sleeping in the nursery?

Honestly, if I get up to go pee in the middle of the night it wakes up my husband, so even sleeping in the same bed, and having to get up and get down to go to the nursery could be an issue. I guess we will just have to see how it works out. My husband is going to take some time off for the transition. We will play around with different arrangements then.
