Im. 43 with a 3 and 4 yr old kidand i know have insominia really badcan't figure what to do. i have tried ambien and lunesta no luck.

I have it too!!! Try putting yourself into a bedtime routine and do it the same every night. Watch your diet and see if something makes it worse. You can also try melationin. I use it when I remember to take it haha. But occurs naturally in your body and you can get it in the vitamin sections it helps you relax and fall asleep without being knocked out and you can wake up easily on it also.
