2 year old has 4 front teeth capped and 1 crown on the bottom tooth. the gum above her front right tooth is looking damaged thats the only way i can put it it seems like they are now waking her at night and painful to the touch . She is at the point of pulling her hair out when we pin her down to brush them. We want to use crest for kids to help prevent any other cavities but pinning her down makes it impossible for her to spit and rinse. after we let her up she does not want ANYTHING near her mouth and fights the cup of water and wont spit ( we tried it bout drowned her and got a bath as well)

I am worried if i dont stay on them she will be back in the hospital fixing these teeth :(

but i dont want to hurt her anymore should i back off till they heal or brush as normal?
will her gum that looks damaged heal on its own?
any advice would be great
we have tried everything games singing letting her brush mine while i brush hers you name it we tried it :(
