Some venting of frustrations anyone?

[deleted account] ( 6 moms have responded )

I feel so stressed and frustrated today.

Does anyone have some they want to share? Hearing other peoples problems or frustrations may make me realize that mine aren't so bad.

And you'll get it of your chest. Maybe we can get some tips or helpful answers in the process...

I'll get through it as usual.

It's hard having those days though. That's when I sit down and give my kids a huge hug and tell them how much I love them. It always cheers me up when they hug me back and tell me they love me. It's the only thing that matters in the world.

Exactly my point! :) I dreaded every Tuesday. Now I'm much happier knowing that it's in the past.

I prefer doing everything myself, my husband wanted me to relax more so he insists on help. Now we have to save a bit for coming baby so I got my way!

That's the big problem why I felt so frustrated. I love my boy, but when my maid comes in on Tuesdays he's completely different.

He's naughty, difficult, screams etc. I raised him by myself (and obviously with some help from dad in evenings) but when she's here you'll swear that she raised him. He likes having someone else here for a change, so I can understand it. She's an adult and goes against everything I say. She undermines me and act like his mom.

My husband, mother and MIL saw this behaviour on several occasions.

So there's a constant bickering and fighting between me and my boy that I hate. Needless to say I fired her. I'm tired of it and pregnant. Don't need crap like this between me and my boy or in my life.

That's the way to be. I also have that motto, just had a rough day. And as you say there is always someone that's got it worse. It helps to hear things to be thankful for what you have in life.

I'm glad for the good in your life, good luck with the rest. I hate when friendships turn sour and it just doesn't seem to end.

I have an ex friend who only contacts us when she wants money or to suit herself, my Aunt is an alcoholic that goes on a rant every night on FB and then gets upset when people don't agree with her racist comments, my ex husband is also an alcoholic that has just been done for a string of charges so I am trying to get a lawyer to get full custody of my boys.

The good part of my life though is: I have a fantastic husband that supports me in everything, I have a wonderful job where I am appreciated, I have 3 gorgeous children and I am off across the country in a couple of weeks for a work conference and Hubby isn't complaining about having to get 3 children ready and off to daycare and school, do a full days work and then pick all 3 up, feed them and get them to bed.

I'm an optimist so I like to concentrate on the good things and not the negative things. I also say to myself when I'm down that there is always someone worse off.
