I have been a stay at home mom for almost 2 years. I have been trying to get back out there but have had a difficult time so I have decided to get license to start a in home daycare. What I would like is feed back on the prices I was looking at $100 a week for toddlers and $125 for infants I only want 2 infants and the rest 2 to 4 years old. I also want to provide arts and crafts and learning books for them so that also would be included in the price parents pay....

That's good advice.... I have checked out a few and they were higher then mine. So I do feel like my prices r more resonable

Hello, Nicole. Your desire to work is commendable! And I agree with Reyna’s suggestion – it’s best to check with the surrounding daycare centers for their prices. Also, a very good friend of mine found this book, Making Money From Home: How to Run a Successful Home-Based Business, by Donna Partow very helpful – I hope you will find it useful, as well. It is available through any of the online stores. Praying for you. I wish you good luck, momma!

Look into the other home daycares in the area and find out how much they are charging and what they are offering. That way you will know if your pricing is reasonable for where you live. Good luck!
