Sounds like you're having a rough time. I remember those days of thinking I might go crazy if I didn't find any adult to talk to soon. It can be very challenging staying home with young kids, but it's also such a blessing for you all. How old are your kids? Do they have a daily routine or household chores they are responsible for? I have read so many helpful book that have giving me ideas and encouragement, and there are so many good websites with topical indexes that can help you find ways to communicate with the kids, encourage them, engage them, discipline them, etc. I would be happy to send you a list of some that helped me if you are interested.

Teen get bloodwork possibly defient in something. Setup reward system than instead of no it becomes u dont qualify or give me rewardable behavior. Pretend to cry instead of getting mad. Say u just want to be loved too n need them to help. Thats my favorite
