I need a mom that has her act together and can be my e-mail friend!!! I'm a mother of a 5 year old and I'm tired and need someone to talk to who will listen with out giving to much harsh input as to what I need to do different in my life. I have enough people in my life telling me what I'm doing wrong, telling me I need to demand more respect, telling me I need more hobbies! I'm tired of it, I need a friend with maybe some therapist skills :o) I'm tired of feeling alone in this world, like no one cares! If this mom is out there and feels she can put up with me once a day maybe even once a week, just someone I can look forward to hearing from now and again, I would much appreciate it!!! Thanks ♥

Hey Heather,

I'm the mother of two girls (6 years and 8 months). I live in a small community and to be quite honest I don't have alot of friends.

Like you I don't really have many hobbies (unless you call cleaning, laundry and dishes hobbies). The friends that I do have seem to only contact me when they need to talk, and I'm always there to listen, even if it's just to bitch and rant. We all need to do that from time to time.

Anyway I'm totally on board for emailing and I'm pretty sure I can put up with you(playing on your post..lol).

My email is Melissa_Daley@hotmail.ca. Hope to hear from you!

H Heather,

I have a 5 year old son, and I know how you feel. It's hard to find the time to nurture your own relationships. I also would like to engage a fellow mom who can relate to our unique problems, to share our stories and tips. You have had 26 replies to your post so I hope you don't feel as alone as you felt when you wrote this post.

Well let me know if I can support you or give you some words of encouragement. Although, I do understand if you're no longer interested....seeing how you are so very popular now! LOL

Take care,

Renata

Heather-
I'll be your email friend. I need one too. I have a 10 year old, a 6 year old, and a 3 month old baby. It really is nice to have someone who gets it. With the baby it isn't as though I am getting out and about either.

I am a sahm with a soon to be 5 yr and soon to be 9 yr old. and i and i am pregnant. I am also in need of a friend who wont spread my business all over town and twist it.I keep a sheltered life here where i live. i treid the whole friend thing here in this small town but i just find myslef caught up with people who dont quite see things the way i do. i love my kids and my husband and like to be home with them. the town peole herelike to party and do the bar scene. toeach thier own. I lived that life when i was young and not married with no kids. They do drugs and drink alot which is okay for them . i dont do theat adn dont want to be around that. so i dont get out and make friends anymore.

I love doing my hobbies. which is baking, scrapbooking, sewing, and other stuff. I love to listent to people especially my sister who calls me for advice or calls for me to just listen. I dont judge my sister or my famliy for their choices. Lord knows I make my own. Its also not chritian like. My husband and I are raising out family adn running our famliy in a christian way. The reason for that is because we live in a really really small town and the small town people love to gossip and spread false rumors about people. I put a stop to this when it was effecting my daughter who goes to school. So going to church and it helps my daughter make better decisions and to turn her head towards rude comments.

So no judging here. no one is perfect and i can bet we have all made similar mistakes.

here is my email address

Hi! I know exactly how you feel! Although, I'm usually the one my friends come to needing to vent or seek advice. My mom tells me I need hobbies and whatnot too, but to be perfectly honest, between being a SAHM, 8 months pregnant, hubby in the USAF, a 5 year old son and an 8 year old son, I don't really have a whole lot of time, or money, to be going out doing "hobbies". Aside from reading, cleaning, grocery shopping and taking care of the kids/house, there's not much time for anything else! LOL! If you'd like to talk sometime I'm always here! My cell notifies me of new emails/fb msgs where I can respond if I'm not at home. But I get up early too to take the hubby to work and get my son ready for school, so I have a good hour in the morning (and other times I'm taking a break during the day) to check my email and get on here.
My hubby is making me take it easy now since the baby is due soon, so I can't go too many places and I've been getting REALLY bored/lonely.
Feel free to email me anytime if you need to vent/advice/chit chat or anything!

Hi Heather! You are not alone! We all have that feeling sometimes. I am a mum of 2 kids (2 & 1/2 yr old and a 1 yr old.) and I completely understand where you are coming from. I would love to email with you, as often as you need. I will always be kind and I do pride myself on respecting others ways of doing things. It is hard feeling like you are being judged. I will gladly offer advice when you ask or need it, but am happy just to be an encouragement to you the rest of the time. Feel free to email me (bec_cotter@hotmail.com). I look forward to getting to know you more. xx
