I've been a stay at home mom for 4 years now and it's been amazing and very hard. It's so hard for me to get back in the workforce. As a mom I have to find a job that pays me enough so I can afford daycare and also with hours that I can be there for my kids when school is out. My husband works 35 min away with late hours on some days, I have no family or friends that live close, and we only have one car. We need extra finances to keep everything going. My mindset have been awful lately. I feel worthless and just don't feel like doing anything. I just hope someone will give me a chance to get back in the workforce. Any advice on what I need to do? Thank You!

Hey Latoya! I'm a stay home mom with a three year old. Working from home, working for myself is the best thing I could've done!!I just got involved with a amazing network marketing company about 5 months ago. This has not just been a source of income for my family but it has truly been life changing. With this company not only do I get to make money, spend more time with my family, travel for free, most importantly I get to travel to places that my parents couldn't afford to take me when I was younger. If you're interested in learning more, please email me at findiamsasha@gmail.com
Best wishes!!

Try looking into the school systems too. The schools often have paid positions that will at least get you in the door and within your kids schedules. Another idea is at a gym where the kids can come with you or search for jobs that have daycare provided. I also will suggest direct sales. Not only can you create your own schedule but it will allow personal growth and a chance for you to do something for you. It has been fabulous for me. Find one that you have a passion for and that will lead you to success. For me it was wine.

Have you considered direct sales? Scentsy has been a blessing to me and my family for that extra income that we needed! ;)

A great place to start will be indeed.com...you can try to find a job where you can work from home, or maybe something part-time position on the weekends. Don't beat yourself up, I know it can be a challenge when you want to help but can't. Good Luck on your search.
