Any tips on relieving his super stuffy/runny nose? Especially at night!

Use saline drops (any pharmacy sells it) in his nose and run a humidifier or vaporizer in his room while he is sleeping. I sometimes put my son in the bathroom and ran the shower until it got really steamy. They make Vicks Baby Rub which is safe to rub on their chest and feet. That also provides them with some relief.

Saline solution and a bulb sucker....apply in one nostral wait a min suck out then apply to the other nostral and do the same. Also if possible try to have the baby sleep in a more upright possition like in the infant car seat....may help. You really do not want to have to give the baby meds to relieve a stuffy nose. More than likley it will pass in a few days...the baby may be teething...my kids always got stuffy noses when they were teething. Good luck hope this helps!
