I agree with Dove. My pediatrician always told me the fever is the bodies way of fighting off the virus so unless it gets really high or it gets miserable just let it do it's job. Also you can get a nose sucker to help with the runny nose

I would not suggest any of the cold meds, but a good humidifier, baby tylenol, and nice warm lavender bath is in order. Oh and they do make baby vics.

Hi. My 18 month old is getting over the same thing. Hyland's (the teething tablet) also make a homeopathic cold tablet for toddlers. It melts on the tongue immediately. It helped with his runny nose and sneezing. Other than that just Tylenol or Advil for fever and body aches. I also used Vic's rub to help keep his little nose clear so he could rest. Good luck!
