The 6 and four year old can help with a lot of chores. I have a 3 year old and twin 16 month olds (all girls). my 3 year old helps to rinse dishes, put garbage in the can, put books on shelves, dust, wash windows, put dirty dishes in the sink etc etc etc. My 16 month olds love to wash the table, chairs, and any surfaces they can reach with a damp wash cloth. They can also put toys in baskets, boxes or what not. All three "help" with laundry. My 3 year old folds towels and matches socks, the twins hand me clothes to fold and put the socks in the sock basket. It's not much, but it keeps them involved, entertained and is a least a little bit helpful!

As for the body aches, I would suggest seeing your doctor about that, maybe he/she could help? Otherwise, I'm a huge fan of lavender scented epsom salt baths.

i watch my nephew and he is three i put my daughter down for a nap and me and chuck play games with the household chores like who can pick up more toys or who can wipe up more smudges with a rag and so on if that helps i just make cleaning fun for him so he wants to help
