I have a 10 month old son who is my life! He was the perfect baby, asleep by 9:30, he would wake up 2 or 3 times during the night to eat but quickly fell back asleep, wide awake by 9am, would take his 3 naps during the day and so on. But for some reason ever since the time changed his sleeping cycles are all mest up! He still wakes up around 9 or so, takes 2 naps that are about 20-45 mins long each day, but the problem is I have such a hard time getting him to sleep early! He is now going to sleep anywhere around 11:30 pm to 1:30 am! Has any one else have or has had this problem with their child? I need some advice please!!!!

Hi! I have a 17 month old and the time change was really tough on her too. We also visit family that has an hour (earlier) time difference and it's so hard to get back on track when we get home. I've found that with her it's easiest to make a schedule and stick to it. It's helps to give her milk before her naps too, so she's nice and full. Here's our day...She gets up around 7am, has breakfast, gets a bottle of milk at 10:30am takes a nap, has lunch when she wakes up anywhere from 11:30-1:00, has another bottle of milk at 3:30pm, takes a nap, has supper around 6pm, bottle of milk around 8pm and bedtime at 8:30pm. That's what works for us. She gets up a few times a night, but I just tuck her in and tell her it's still dark outside and not time to wake up. I'm not sure if that'll work for you, but it's seemed to work for us for about a year.Your son may be teething too. That was a hard time for us and we just had to kind of go with the flow during the night. I hope that helps. Good Luck. :)
