Would like to know some ideas on how to adapt my babies to the time changes. It messes them up every time.

I am still trying to figure that out myself. My 3 year old little girl has gotten up at about 7:30 since the time change. So I am going to try to put her to bed a little later and see if she sleeps in a little longer. But if you find out a better way I would love to know about it. Good luck to everyone who is having this problem.

We (accidentally, actually) kept our little one up late for a few nights preceding the time change, and she seems to have adjusted fairly well (so far..ask me again in a few days).

Me too! I don't know what to do about adapting to the new time change. My son used to go down to bed at 7:30pm and wake up at 7am. Now he wants to go down at 6:30pm and wake up at 6am! I really want to go back to the 7 am wake up schedule. I would be up for any tips possible as well!.
