Shiyana,
Here is what you need to do.
Go online and find a good daily by hour or by every half hour, weekly calendar.
You will be able to put in the dates yourself.

Then schedule everything you currently do from getting up to shower to bed time.
Take a look at it.

Then take a second sheet and PLAN what your IDEAL WEEK should look like.
THE ONLY WAY TO GET TIME FOR YOU IS TO SCHEDULE IT!
Running a household and taking care of the kids should NOT be overwhelming.

TAKE MONDAYS OFF! READ A BOOK, A MAGAZINE.
LET THE KIDS WATCH MOVIES WITH YOU (within reason....NO..... Saw 27 (I'm exaggerating here!) or creepy movies that could damage their minds!)
OR
YOU WATCH KID MOVIES WITH THEM! Monsters Inc, Toy Story, ya know all of those movies!

Do your dishes daily, (I have a dishwasher that I load as we use a dish, or if the guys just put in sink in hot water. As I go out to get a drink of pop or water, I load what is in there. When full I run it! Usually late at night and then Unload first thing in the morning!) Then Pick a room you need to tidy up. With kids it can be a GAME....I'M NOT SURE WHERE I HEARD IT....BARNEY? OR SOME KID TV SHOW.
BUT WE WOULD SING....
CLEAN UP, CLEAN UP , EVERYBODY, EVERYDAY.
CLEAN UP, CLEAN UP, THIS IS HOW WE WORK AND PLAY!

AND THE KIDS WOULD COME RUNNING TO HELP STRAIGHTEN OUT THE ROOM!

Then depending on age. One can dust, one can sweep. one can use there feet on top of warm, soapy wash rags to clean the floor and ice skate (BE CAREFUL NOT TOO SLIPPERY!!! NO ONE SHOULD GET HURT! How about you wash the floor and they ice skate to dry the floor with a towel!? or as my boys did on their knees!

Kids can wash walls and doors to a certain height!
Get the whole house clean and then pick one day a week or month to tidy up and keep up with it!
Mostly when they are young is laundry, vacuuming, and toys!

Clean the bathroom daily when they are playing in the tub you can wash the counter, walls, doors and floor! OR Just touch up daily to keep clean!

IF they help and you don't like how it looks. Wait until they are napping to RE-CLEAN! I made the MISTAKE of doing it in front of them and as they got older, they KNEW, if they did NOT do a good job, I was gonna re-do it anyways. THEY DID FEEL THEY DID A GOOD JOB! BUT THEN FELT UPSET I RE-CLEANED IT!
SO DON'T LET THEM SEE YOU, IF YOU MUST RE-CLEAN!!!

As they get older the house gets less messy. Except for their rooms. Which I never ever harp on! They clean it up when they are ready! THEN I MAKE A BIG FUSS ON HOW NICE IT LOOKS!
The mess is there shorter and shorter periods this way!

I hope this helps you.
You can YouTube a great Class on getting organized from Allison LaMarr
